Asking for Help

The TTG support forum is the best place to voice your Publisher-related questions. Our publisher developer Ben usually checks in daily to answer questions and solve problems, though we ask that you allow up to 48 hours for reply.

Before asking for advice, provide as much of the following as you can:

  • Details of the problem.
  • The steps taken to reproduce the problem.
  • A link to a gallery you are having issues with.
  • The browser and browser version (e.g. Safari 6) where the problem occurred.
  • Also, consider sending a personal message to Ben.

Publisher saves log files in two locations. On the server, these can be found in publisher/logs/, in files with the current date, e.g. publisher/logs/2013_01_06.log. On PCs, the Lightroom Publisher logs message to files in My Documents/ttg.log. On Mac, this file can be found in Documents/ttg.log under your home folder.

It can be helpful to send these files to us as requested. If you do so, it's best to try to force the issue immediately prior to retrieving the files.
