TTG CE2 Cart Support

The TTG support forum is the best place to voice your cart-related questions. Our cart developer Ben usually checks in daily to answer questions and solve problems, though we ask that you allow up to 48 hours for reply.

Before asking for advice, provide as much of the following as you can:

  • Details of the problem.
  • The steps taken to reproduce the problem.
  • A link to a gallery you are having issues with.
  • The browser and browser version (e.g. Firefox 3.6) where the problem occurred.
  • Also, consider sending by personal message to Ben a link and access details to your cart admin page. Note that the admin page does not reveal confidential information and is largely intended to help us help you.
