1. Build a Lightroom Gallery in the web module. a. It needs to be a supported TTG gallery type (currently only HighSlide) b. Save it with a descriptive name c. Export it to a known location 2. FTP the exported gallery from the known location to the server a. Location /publisher/templates/ on the server side b. Note: FTP the whole directory, not just the contents
3. Build an Album to display a. In the library module right click on TTG Publisher and select “Create album …”. b. In the “Album” field put a name, but be careful here it doesn’t take special characters and spaces very well. c. Fill in the Title, Description and content block d. Under template you should see the file you uploaded in the previous step. Choose this. e. Click on Create f. Right click on publisher again and choose Publish Now When step 3 completes you may get a browser window showing you the gallery (it is an option in Publisher)
Below are the steps to build a nested or 2nd level album. There are lots of variations and additional features, but these are the basic steps.

1. Build a CE Auto Index gallery a. Save it in the template browser b. Export it with a descriptive name to a well known location 2. FTP the exported gallery from the known location to the server a. Location /publisher/templates_autoindex/ on the server side b. Note: FTP the whole directory, not just the contents DO NOT put it in the /publisher/ templates/ directory ! It will cause hard to find errors. Any index in the straight templates directory causes problems.
3. Right click on Publisher and choose Create Album Set … a. Be careful of the title, it doesn’t handle spaces and special characters and fill in the fields (they can be changed later) b. Under templates you should see the template name that was previously exported. Use this auto index template c. Click Create d. Right click on it and select Publish Now When step 3 completes you may get a browser window showing you the gallery (it is an option in Publisher)
4. Right click on Publisher and choose Create Album … a. Fill in the fields b. Under Set, choose the set that was created in step 3 above c. Choose a template for a gallery (like the one from the previous procedure. d. Click Create e. Select the photos you want to add to the gallery (highlighted) and right click on the new gallery in Publisher and select Add Selected Photos … f. Right click on Publisher and select Publish Now … g. Note this may take some time h. Check out the website and make sure that it worked. Note that there will be no thumbnail yet in the index. 6. Copy one of the thumbnails to / galleries/yourIndex/thumbnails/ this provides a thumbnail for the index
